What is Featurelane?

Featurelane is a feature request and product roadmap platform under development for B2B software companies, SaaS founders, and product teams. Its product direction brings customer suggestions, email-verified voting, and roadmap communication into one dedicated feedback space. Featurelane is preparing for launch; the interface on this website is illustrative, not a live customer application.

How does feature request software work?

Feature request software gives customers a central place to suggest improvements and find ideas that already exist. Product teams can review submissions, organize feedback, assess interest, and communicate progress through a roadmap. Featurelane is being built around that feedback loop, with moderation before publication and a distinction between individual votes and verified organizational demand.

How does verified feature voting work?

Featurelane's planned voting flow uses email verification to confirm an individual voter's email identity. An individual vote is a signal of interest, not proof that a separate organization supports a request. Verified organizational demand is a distinct signal for product decisions. This workflow is under development and is not available through the illustrative interface on this website.

Can I create a customer feedback portal for my product?

Dedicated customer feedback portals are part of Featurelane's product direction. Each Workspace is intended to bring together public feature requests, relevant product context, and roadmap updates in one feedback space. Portal creation is not publicly available yet: Featurelane is preparing for launch, and this website presents an illustrative preview rather than a working signup or setup flow.

Can each Workspace have its own branding?

Workspace-specific branding is part of the planned Featurelane experience. Each customer Workspace is intended to have its own name, brand identity, products, and public feedback portal, while Featurelane remains the platform brand. The website does not currently provide a live branding editor or Workspace setup. Custom company domains are a separate, coming-soon capability.

Can customers submit feature requests without an account?

The intended public submission experience lets customers share a feature request without creating a full application account. Any required contact or verification details and submission rules will be confirmed as the product is finalized. Requests are intended to enter moderation before appearing publicly. This is a planned workflow, not a currently available submission service on the marketing website.

Can Featurelane display a public product roadmap?

A public product roadmap is part of Featurelane's planned feedback experience. It is intended to communicate which requests are planned, in progress, or released, helping customers follow product direction without exposing internal discussions or private customer information. The roadmap shown on this page uses fictional examples; it is not a live customer's roadmap or a commitment to release dates.

Is customer contact information publicly visible?

Featurelane's public portal design keeps customer names, companies, email addresses, account IDs, voter details, internal notes, and country or demand analytics out of public views. Only approved public requests and roadmap information are intended to appear there. These are product design requirements; this marketing website does not offer a live feedback collection service or demonstrate deployed privacy controls.

Does Featurelane support custom domains?

Custom domains are coming soon. Featurelane plans to support connecting a company domain to its customer feedback Workspace for a consistent branded experience. That capability is not publicly available through this website. No domain setup, DNS changes, or account configuration is offered here, and there is no announced availability date.

Is Featurelane available yet?

Featurelane is preparing for launch and is not publicly available yet. This website introduces the product direction and uses an illustrative interface with fictional requests and counts. Signup, voting, feedback collection, and Workspace setup are not live here. No launch date or pricing has been announced; the page will be updated as availability is confirmed.
